Train line location, close to river and bridge. Upper level bath with window view, outdoor onsen, private bath on lanai. Nice staff. Value for money. Open air bath in most rooms. Good buffet breakfast and dinner. Clean rooms with quality amenities.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area near the Kinugawa river with Tobu World Square and Edo Wonderland nearby. the staff is polite and helpful, and the food is delicious. the rooms are clean and have a Japanese-style décor, with comfortable futon beds, small but clean bathrooms, and free green tea provided. the onsen has an amazing view of the surrounding area.

The public bath can be improved.

We had a wonderful stay at Livemax Resort. The property is conveniently located near the train station and offers beautiful views of the river. The onsen, especially the outdoor private bath on our private lanai, was a highlight. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay extra enjoyable. The buffet meals, featuring both Western and Asian cuisines, were satisfying. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing getaway.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel facilities, from the lobby to the rooms. We also appreciated the variety of breakfast options and the friendly attitude of the staff. Additionally, the location of the hotel was fantastic, being close to the Kinugawa river at Kosagoe and other interesting spots in the Nikko area.

Our romantic escape to this cozy family resort was fantastic. The open air bath in most rooms was the highlight of our stay, allowing us to unwind and relax in privacy. The serene views of the surrounding greenery, waterfalls, and streams added to the peaceful ambiance of the place. We also enjoyed the buffet breakfast and dinner, which offered a good variety of dishes to satisfy our palate.

Getting directions to this hotel was a bit of a challenge due to the language barrier, and the location was a bit out of the way requiring some additional travel by train. The public bath was not as clean as we would have preferred, but thankfully we had our private bath to use instead.

The balcony scenic view and private onsen bath were amazing. The walk to the hotel from the station was not bad and the gym had good equipment.
